At first light a good looking 8-point follows a young doe by the food plot. Soon another doe approaches but the buck is only interested in the doe that brung him. Cool footage as the buck follows the does through the woods. Then in the end the buck encounters a wider, bigger racked buck.

Ever since my game camera picked up last year's Wide-8 buck I've been looking for him. But this year he is not an 8 -- he's a 10 with a pretty long Kicker. As I was videoing some does Wide-8+2+K popped into view and I got him on video.

Africa is magic. And one of the things that make it magic is the Springbok of Namibia. They live in the dry grasslands and can run up to 80-mph. Their coloration and face and body markings are very striking. Springboks travel in herds -- as you will soon see for yourself.

I had never used a turkey mouth call before and several years ago, this was my very first attempt. I think the only turkeys I could call in would be turkeys like me!
